All of our Angcustom neon provides refunds and returns for faulty products only.

IF YOUR NEON SIGN WAS BROKEN IN TRANSIT, NOW WHAT?

If your neon sign shows up and has been broken during shipping, please contact us via email within 24 hours of the delivery. And then should take pictures of the broken sign in the box, showing the broken parts, and attach the pictures to your email. If the box that the sign came is also damaged, be sure to take photos of that too! We will respond to your email ASAP and figure it out for you. And we will offer you two options, you can have another sign shipped to you right away, or you can get an immediate refund.

The neon sign was damaged during transportation.

The neon sign was not working due to the battery supply.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from Angcustom within 14 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To request a RMA, fill this form.

The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

For warranty service, please keep your receipt and/or invoice to validate proof of purchase.

Returned product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).

All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all orders that are refused at the carrier level and returned to us.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Angcustom has a 12-hour cancellation policy on all orders starting from the time of purchase. Please refer to “contact us” or send us an email at service@angcustom.com within 12 hours of purchase to cancel your order. After the 12-hour window, you will have to wait until the product has shipped and refer to our return policy.

Once the product has been completed, you can not cancel the order. And a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all orders that are refused at the carrier level and returned to us.

ORDER MODIFICATION POLICY

Angcustom has a 12-hour change of order policy on all orders starting from the time of purchase. Within this 12-hour window, orders can be altered to one of equal value, such as a color change or another sign of the same price. Please refer to “contact us” or send us an email at service@angcustom.com within 12-hours of purchase to change your order.
