HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVED MY NEON SIGN?

Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. (Business Days) And all of our products are handmade with the best quality. Normally, it takes 5-7 days for production and 10-15 days for delivery. Standard orders usually take 2-3 weeks, usually, customers can receive their products within 2 weeks. It is available for you to choose “Rush My Order” option at checkout page, and email us to let us know the date you need your neon sign arrived.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder. This email contains your package tracking number and the parcel carrier handling your shipment. You’ll be able to track your package by clicking on a button in that email. You can also check the status of your order anytime by first signing into our site and then going to the Account Details section. Go to Order History, then Order Details to find information on the shipping method and the tracking number.
